1) Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting Sujyot Tech via email or phone.
Cancellation requests are evaluated based on the stage of work completion.
- If work has not started, cancellation may be accepted.
- If work has already started, cancellation may not be possible or may involve partial charges.
- For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are non-cancellable.
2) Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after review of the request and the work completed.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of service, agreement terms, and project status.
3) Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Custom software development and integrations
- Domain, hosting, server, or third-party service charges
- License fees, subscriptions, and renewal payments
- Completed milestones or delivered services
4) Refund Processing
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or bank processing fees may be deducted.
5) Delays, Disputes & Chargebacks
Sujyot Tech is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks or disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
